Add a link to the online advice request form to your phone

  1. Open the Safari browser on your iPhone and navigate to the website you want to create a link for.

  2. Tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing upward.

  3. In the sharing options, locate and tap on “Add to Home Screen.” It may be necessary to scroll to find it.

  4. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the website’s title. You can edit the name if you prefer. Once done, tap the “Add” button in the top right corner of the screen.

  5. The website link will now be added to your iPhone’s home screen as an icon. You can move and rearrange it like any other app icon by pressing and holding until the icons start to wiggle, then dragging it to the desired location.

  6. Tap the icon to open the website directly in Safari, bypassing the need to open the browser and manually type the website address each time.
  1. Open the Chrome browser on your Android phone and navigate to the website you want to create a link for.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu icon located at the top right corner of the browser window.

  3. From the menu that appears, select “Add to Home screen.”

  4. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the website’s title. You can edit the name if you prefer. Once done, tap the “Add” button.
